Our general plastic fabrication services encompass a range of CNC machining technologies including a precision CNC router, with up to 7000mm x 3000mm x 300mm capacity. This along with our Heat and Cold Bending and Plastic Welding Technologies, enable us to manufacture a wide range of components from a variety of plastic materials. At the simple end, this includes items like plastic strips made from polyethylene, and increases in complexity to items like machine guards made from Acrylic and Polycarbonate. We also have the capacity for complex or large items such as plastic tanks for chemical processing industries made from HDPE, PVC and Polypropylene.

Located in the heart of Bayswater, Victoria we service the whole of Australia. Profile Plastics is open Monday to Friday, 8.00am-5.00pm. We accept credit cards (both Visa and Mastercard), EFTPOS, Cash, Direct Deposit and are happy to discuss a credit account upon application.
