  • Cut to size, to the millimetre — acrylic, polycarbonate, HDPE, PVC and engineering plastics such as nylon and acetal, cut from stock sheet.
  • CNC routing and machining — profiled parts, slots, holes and repeat batches from your DXF or from a sample part.
  • Fabrication — welded, folded and bonded assemblies: tanks, covers, chutes, guards and enclosures.
  • Aftermarket LV covers — replacement and custom plastic electrical covers for switchboard work, sized to the board rather than to a catalogue.

Boronia sits in the same Knox corridor as Bayswater, where our workshop used to be. Plenty of our long-standing customers are still in that pocket — Boronia, Bayswater, Wantirna and Ferntree Gully — and the drive to Kilsyth is a few minutes longer than it used to be. Pickup from Kilsyth or local delivery both work for Boronia jobs.
