These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Profile Plastics website (profileplastics.com.au) and your dealings with Falbury Pty Ltd ABN 77 640 068 488 ("we", "us", "our"), a privately owned Australian company operating from Kilsyth, Victoria. Falbury Pty Ltd operates two businesses: Profile Plastics and Cut It Out. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Profile Plastics supplies aftermarket Low Voltage (LV) covers, CNC routing, plastic fabrication, and related services. All products are made to order. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a written purchase order or deposit, as agreed. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be applied where applicable. Payment terms will be specified on your invoice. Overdue accounts may be subject to a late payment fee.

We will endeavour to meet agreed delivery timeframes; however, these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk in goods passes to you upon dispatch. We are not liable for delays caused by freight carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

As our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your approved order specification, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the claim and, where warranted, repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falbury Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
