Profile Plastics operates one of Victoria's largest CNC router beds from our Kilsyth workshop. We handle precision routing in plastics, timber, foam, carpet, and vinyl for trade, commercial, and industrial customers.
Whether it's a single prototype or a high-volume production run, our team delivers consistent, accurate results. We accept DXF, DWG, and PDF files. Fast turnaround available.

How It Works
- Send your file — email through your DXF, DWG, AI or PDF (or bring in a sample / sketch with dimensions).
- We quote — our team reviews the file, recommends the best material, and sends a fixed price quote.
- We cut and dispatch — once approved, we schedule the job, machine the parts and have them ready for pickup or delivery, typically within 1–3 business days.
Common Applications
Our CNC routing is used across signage, point-of-sale displays, prototyping, architectural panels, machine guards, jigs and fixtures, retail fitout, marine fittings, automotive trim, and construction hoardings. If it can be drawn, we can probably cut it.
